Founded in 1987 by Ken Melanson and Michael Fernandes, Northern Wind processes over 15 million pounds of scallops a year and is located on the historic New Bedford, Massachusetts waterfront.

The Northern Wind North Atlantic Sea Scallops are wild caught in cold clear waters and are hand-shucked and frozen-at-sea within an hour of catch to lock in their freshness and sweet taste.
